MTSTP CollegeSnaps: University of Maryland, College Park Edition

Hello Everyone,

Today, continuing the MTSTP CollegeSnaps Episodes, I ventured over to the University of Maryland, College Park.

First of all, the weather was absolutely gorgeous, which made the UMD campus that much more beautiful in spring/summer.

As far as the students, most had probably already gone home for the summer. However, there did seem to be a bit of a hustle and bustle among the students still around, which gives me the impression that the summer semester had already begun.

I also spotted a few graduates snapping pics out on the lawn in full cap and gown.

One totally unexpected surprise was running into a farmer’s market right in the middle of campus. I purchased a pink lady (apple) as a snack.

Lastly, I came across this cool “big turtle” statue. Just kidding Maryland student and grads, I know his name is Testudos the mighty Terrapin:).
